Glazing Machine
It used for the glazing of frozen seafood products. The machine is made of AISI 304 quality stainless sheet and profiles.
There are 4 row Ø25 mm stainless cooling gas serpentine pipes inside water tank. There is water level adjustment barrier. The machine is moveable in the site by the help of 2 fixed and 2 moving wheels. Easily openable Ø 200 mm manhole lid (cover)allows easy-cleaning. The machine does have Spanish made (Eurobell) 15mm thick conveyor belts being sequenced/located at 300mm intervals. On the upper (top) submersed belt is Eurobelt brand no wing S50 type flat holed plastic belt. The conveyors are directly driven along with Yilmaz brand reductor groups. The bottom and side sliders of modular belt are made of PE1000 green material whereas the conveyor belts are in white color. The machine is furnished by speed control invertor for a speed control.
