Roll Forming
Teknofinsteel Roll Forming is specially designed for metal processing lines. This is developed for electrical panel profiles, 19’’ rack cabin profiles, electrical panel covers, mass produced metal sheet covers and custom made profiles at 0.80-2mm thick and 1200mm width. It is used manual as a line. This method of roll forming can integrate to other convenient machinery to produce as in auto and serial manner; MV Kiosks, Cable Trunking and Trays , Hangers and Support Profiles and Transportation Slides.
With a min labourship cost It is a cost saving aimed with a mass production and great added value competition advantages.
Main properties are ; having special upper and lower die (mold) systems, enable to work with form molds, adjustable setting range as per product dimenision, sheet metal router , speed control adjustment via frequency convertor, electrical control panel as per in IEC61439/1-2 standard.
