Teknofinsteel Copper Bar Cutting- Drilling Machine is a CNC copper cutting and punching with 3 axis (x-y-z) and with servo motor (1kW) and servo drive digital PLC control, Fast and reliable designated production outputs are realized via the use of interface softwares . CNC punch dies are used for cutting and punching. The tools and dies are defined automatically . The machine with its friendly use interface software will auto operate in full once 160/10 Copper and Aluminium are manually feeded. Power unit is 11Kw and hydraulic . This machine comes with 24VDC oil coiling fan, 400VAC 50-60Hz operating voltage/frequency along with max250 bar pressure , CNC punching and Robosim standard dies M 6,5-M 8,5-M 10,5-M 12,5 and optionally other dies which are compatible with A,B,C,D and E punching stations as well as marking dies.
A custom-made guillotine shear is integrated to joint work with. Cut to length dimensions are auto defined and is subject to a use in a mass production environment.
