PU Gasket chemical is formed by the reaction of 2 chemical components; Polyol and Isocyanate. Mixing ratio of these 2 components is formulated as of 5/1 rating. By the help of dynamic mixture , Sealing is applied onto the position of vertical surfaces, flat surfaces, inclined and grooved surfaces which are pre-arranged by CNC.
By the help of chemical reaction , liquid raw materials are formed an elastic sealing strip in a second. There is no joint or cutting point (edge). Forming process helps the sealed strip (gasket) surface look very smooth with no crack. Hence, The sealing effect is almost perfectly achieved. It is a cost saving of time and money as it requires no workmanship for adhesive application.
